To be honest, I wasn’t really sure what to name this type of offer. Basically, you will get a free unit by buying something else. Generally speaking you will have to buy a certain amount of refill cartridges and you will get the unit free, or you will have to buy some accessories. Once again, you are going to have to check with the offer you are talking about.
